Calling all artists! Dronfield Heritage Trust is looking for a dynamic individual with experience in the arts and event management sector, to plan and deliver an Arts Festival across Dronfield and District in May 2018.
Next year, the Trust will hold the very first Dronfield Arts Festival, with events, exhibitions and activities across the arts including fine art, theatre, quality crafts and textiles, as well as music and dance.
We are looking for someone who will be able to plan, market, manage and deliver the Festival in the timescales and budgets within our defined Heritage Lottery Funding parameters. The Festival is due to take place over a long weekend and across several venues in Dronfield. It will include satellite venues – putting on their own events and coming under our umbrella for publicity, and involve local groups and volunteers as well as local artists and practitioners.
There is potential for this to become a bi-annual event with scope for further commissions if successful.
