Join Katie, owner of Pulp and Pigment, a local botanical artist, in an opportunity to discover gelli printing; a modern printmaking technique

Immerse yourself in an opportunity to explore texture, layering and colour theory whilst creating beautiful botanical artwork. Katie will teach you this diverse and spontaneous method of printing using a gelli plate, foraged leaves, stencils and acrylic paint.

This workshop will teach you the fundamentals of this practice, including application, how to hand mix your own colours and how to strategically plan the layers of a print. You will then have the opportunity to master those skills in a friendly and creative environment. Katie will also provide you with a recipe for creating a gelli plate at home so the fun can continue beyond the workshop!
