This Painting Malarkey
Runs from Monday 8th October-Sunday 14th October from 10am-4pm every day.
This Painting Malarkey are back with us presenting brand new works and hoping that you enjoy seeing them as much as they have enjoyed producing them! Their work is colourful and uplifting and they are delighted to be back to showcase their latest artwork. Prints will be available for sale, and the artists are very happy to talk about their work.

The Arty Crafters
Runs from Friday 9th November-Friday 16th November
We are pleased to welcome The Arty Crafters to Dronfield Hall Barn for a new exhibition. The group of four friends all specialise in different fields: Anne Turk, who lives in Dronfield, is a pet and wildlife pastel artist. Gerry Kersey – a Radio Sheffield presenter – specialises in acrylic paintings, while Pam Thomson is a patchworker, quilter and needleworker. Finally, Chris Turk is a woodturner who also lives in Dronfield.

Derbyshire Arts Co-operative
Runs from Saturday 17th November-Friday 30th November from 10am-4pm (closes 3pm on final day)
We are delighted to confirm that Derbyshire Arts Co-operative and Guests will return to the Barn this winter following a popular exhibition earlier in the year. The group of seven artists all work in different media, will be exhibiting in our Courtyard Room. There will be seven makers there offering a diverse range of creations from handturned wooden pieces, jewellery, textiles, photography, ceramics, vibrant paintings and recycled metal sculpture and much more. Come along and see the following artists:

  • Heather Arbon – textiles
  • Jason Heppenstall – recycled metal sculptures
  • Peter Martin – woodwork
  • Sarah Watson – silver jewellery
