Dronfield Hall Barn is more than just a historic venue, it is at the heart of a thriving community, deeply connected to the people and heritage of Dronfield. As a non-profit venue, lovingly maintained by the Dronfield Heritage Trust, every event and function we host plays a part in preserving the beauty and legacy of this medieval treasure. All proceeds are reinvested, not only to care for the Barn itself, but also to fund local events that benefit the community. We are pleased to offer a unique and memorable setting for a variety of occasions, including baby showers, christenings, wakes, anniversary celebrations, and birthday parties. We used Dronfield Hall Barn for our daughter’s naming ceremony and were very happy with our choice of venue. The décor and set up was perfect for what we wanted, the event went smoothly, the staff were very helpful and the food was lovely.
Very nice venue with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. I attended a business event here and would happily host my own events here in the future.
Family and friends of Dee and John enjoyed celebrating their 80th birthdays in the Gallery at Dronfield Hall barn. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff from arranging the day, deciding on and preparing the hot buffet menu and serving the guests. The celebration cake was perfect, tasteful and tasty. Everyone had a lovely afternoon. Thank you!
We recently booked the Dronfield Hall Barn for a family party to celebrate my mother’s 90th birthday. The venue was ideal with ample parking and set within attractive and well kept gardens. We opted for the afternoon tea option and really enjoyed the selection of sandwiches, savouries and cakes. A huge thanks to Katie who was our contact at the Barn and made the event a great celebration for our family.
Myself and my father hired the Barn recently for a Wake and just want to say how amazing everything was. Everyone commented on how beautiful the venue was and the quality of the food. The staff were on hand throughout the afternoon and Katie was extremely helpful and responsive when we were sorting the booking, which made a very difficult time, much easier.
I just want to thank you all for everything you did yesterday at my Dads wake. Right from the start, working with Katie to sort out the details of the day and her kind guidance to Mum and I in navigating through the plans for the day, to the kind ladies who had known my Dad and were so supportive of the whole family. There was plenty of really lovely food and everything was just right. I would like to also mention the lovely lady who looked after us upstairs, she added extra tables, adapted to the numbers and was so professional, especially as far more people turned up than we ever expected! Thank you so much again, you did my Dad proud.
