Did you know that this week (1st-7th June) is Volunteers’ Week 2019? Up and down the country, organisations are sharing how volunteers benefit them.

Here at Dronfield Hall Barn, we’re no different – volunteers are the lifeblood of pretty much everything we do! Whether it’s getting involved with our Gardens on a Tuesday morning, organising events such as the regular Artisan and Producers’ Markets, stewarding or helping out with general office admin, there are so many ways volunteers benefit our project.

But we’re always on the lookout for new people to join our team, whatever your age or experience. Volunteering is a great way to make your CV stand out, give something back to the community, or just meet new people and make new friends. There are plenty of ways that you can get involved at the Barn – one area in particular is stewarding, which involves showing visitors around the site and making people feel welcome.

If you’ve ever been interested in joining us, or would just like to learn more about the opportunities available, send us a message to enquiries@dronfieldhallbarn.org. We look forward to hearing from you!
